Arrival

On arrival, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged at an extra cost.

Day 1: Pick-up from the Airport, Arusha City Sightseeing

We will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to Tulia Boutique Hotel & Spa. A city sightseeing tour is included on Day 1, giving you a relaxed introduction to Arusha and Tanzanian culture. The excursion includes visits to local markets, the Maasai Market, Cultural Heritage Centre, and the Arusha City Museum, before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Arusha to Serengeti National Park (Seronera Game Drive)

After breakfast, you will depart Arusha at around 7:15am and drive to Serengeti National Park (approximately 8 hours including stops), passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will stop briefly at a crater viewpoint for about 20 minutes, and you may also choose an optional Maasai village visit on the way. On arrival in Serengeti in the late afternoon, you will begin a game drive in the Seronera area (Central Serengeti) and continue into the evening, enjoying the beautiful sunset over the plains and the chance to see active wildlife, including possible predator activity.

Main Destination: Serengeti National Park (Central Serengeti / Seronera)

Accommodation: Safari Haven Serengeti Camp (Mid-range tented camp in Central Serengeti)

Day 3: Serengeti Game Drive, Transfer to Ngorongoro (Crater Rim)

After an early breakfast around 6:30am, you will head out for an early game drive to enjoy more wildlife sightings through the morning and into the afternoon. You will then return to camp for lunch and packing before continuing with a game drive as you exit Serengeti. In the late afternoon, you will drive toward Ngorongoro (about 2 hours) and arrive at your lodge near the crater rim for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive, Return to Arusha

After an early breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater at around 6:15am for a game drive on the crater floor. The plan is to explore this unique ecosystem and, with luck, search for the black rhino, while also enjoying excellent chances to see many other animals within the crater. After lunch and continued game viewing, you will ascend the crater and begin the drive back to Arusha, where you will check in and relax for your final overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to the Airport

This is your final day with us. After breakfast, we will transfer you to the airport at your preferred time for your onward journey. Additional accommodation can be arranged at an extra cost if needed.
