You’ll be collected from the airport as needed. Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged at an extra cost.

Day 1: Zanzibar to Tarangire National Park (Fly-in + Game Drive)

You will be picked up from your hotel in Zanzibar and transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your morning flight to Arusha Airport. On arrival in Arusha, your safari begins with a drive to Tarangire National Park, where you will spend the day on game drives until evening. Tarangire is famous for its ancient baobab trees, diverse landscapes, and large elephant herds, offering an excellent chance to see wildlife across open savannah and river areas. After the day’s safari experience, you will drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Main Destination: Tarangire National Park

Accommodation: Farm of Dreams Lodge (Mid-range lodge, 1–2 hrs from Tarangire NP)

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive, Fly Back to Zanzibar

After an early breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive, with a special focus on searching for the black rhino, one of the hardest animals to spot. The crater is often described as Africa’s “Noah’s Ark” because of its rich variety of wildlife, including elephants, hyenas, big cats, rhinos, and many more species in a spectacular setting. In the afternoon, you will stop for a picnic lunch at the hippo lake, then continue game viewing as you ascend back to the crater rim. After returning, you will check out and drive to Arusha Airport for your afternoon flight back to Zanzibar.
